Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing email management solution, which will grant you full control over your e-mail accounts and electronic mailing lists. With this easy-to-navigate GUI, you can set up a new e-mail box account in an instant and manage its settings with ease. In addition, you can redirect electronic mails from one email mailbox to another, activate mail filters, set up auto-reply messages and guard your e-mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your mail accounts against spam electronic mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no undesirable mail messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your e-mail messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether a mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a particular e-mailbox account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are perfect for sorting your incoming mails on the basis of certain criteria set by you. Creating e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will take effect immediately. You can quickly set up a mail filter for any of your email mailbox accounts and select the email filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming mails from one e-mail account to another, or even to a number of other email accounts. Simply specify the e-mail box account you wish to forward e-mail messages from, then select the target mailbox and select if you want to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily configure the email client of your choosing to access your mail accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail account you want to set up on your desktop PC or cell phone and click on the electronic mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new e-mailbox account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple e-mail boxes at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also allow you to easily create an auto-response message - specify the message you would like people to notice and our system will take care of the rest. And if you wish to set up a catch-all email mailbox - you can do that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
